Shipping policy

Normal delivery time is currently 2-5 working days after we have received your order. This presupposes that the product is in our warehouse. In cases where an item must be manufactured, the delivery time may be longer.

Uncollected Parcels and Shipping Costs

If a parcel is not collected and subsequently returned to us, the shipping costs will not be refunded. Additionally, any additional fees incurred due to the parcel's return may be deducted from the refund for the item(s).
